Samaira
Samaira is a journey of “self-finding” for two individuals who meet during the Wari. Samaira is a travel blogger who has come to the Wari to search for her roots, whereas happy-go-lucky Jason has traveled all the way from the United States just to experience the Wari. Jason is eager to witness the Warkaris who walk hundreds of miles—rain or shine—for the heartfelt love of their God, Lord Vitthal. Samaira and Jason’s lives involve fighting battles of their own. Each of them walks in the shadow of their past. They soon realize that their sorrows are wrapped in the same ribbon of painful incidents, and the sad backgrounds of their families share similar shapes and corners. They continue to talk with tears familiar to each other and slowly connect through boundless communication. They share happiness and laughter; they share emotions, cry, and eventually realize that their journey is, after all, a pursuit of happiness.
